🍲 CONSCIOUS AND NOURISHING CUISINE
During the retreat, we offer simple, nourishing and soothing cuisine, designed to support energy and mental clarity.
The principle: natural, minimally processed foods, low in sugars and rich in good fats, for more stable and lasting energy.
Result: a feeling of lightness, a clearer mind, a deep recentering.
🌿 On your plates
- ●Fresh, quality products
- ●Eggs, fish, meats
- ●Cheeses, cream, yogurts
- ●Nuts and seasonal vegetables
- ●Low-sugar fruits
A return to basics, without constraint or dogma.
📵 WHY DISCONNECT FROM YOUR PHONE?
Because there is no full presence with eyes on a screen.
Each retreat includes a complete disconnection from 9am to 8pm: no phone, no screen, no notifications.
This voluntary cut helps you rediscover presence, concentration, quality of listening and true serenity.
Screens fragment our attention, fuel stress and prevent full relaxation. Here, you'll learn to breathe without scrolling, walk without photos, feel without screens.
"When we disconnect from the world, we reconnect with ourselves."
(Phones remain accessible in the evening to contact loved ones if needed.)
